8. The maximum withdrawal amount may never exceed 10 times the amount of the last coupon redeemed.


9. Player payouts of over $5,000 will be paid out via installments not exceeding $5,000 per month. For example, a $14,500 winner will be paid $5,000 in first month, $5,000 in month two and $4,500 in month three.
